OVERVIEW

Analysis aimed to follow the entire chain, from the building to delivery of a new model to validate the process and increase step by step the manufacturing quality. NDT inspection localise any critical discontinuity in order to perform the repair and improve the process. 

Check of thickness values comparing them with lamination plans

Identify possible interlaminar delamination or voids

Classify the level of porosity and the standard quality

Verify the complete adhesion of the metal inserts

Check of the skin-core adhesion of the sandwich parts
